Let's GO!

Welcome one, welcome all, to the Drummers Outpost!

We're gonna rap about all things drumming and percussion. We're gonna chat in forums about anything, and everything, we want to. Of course, the forum has rules, and I hope we all abide by them, but the only rule I have, is that it MUST be drum related - in some way. We're gonna talk about our idols, our dreams, our careers, our past, our present, our future, our favorite grooves or fills or patterns, our best practice tips, our most intense sessions, our favorite gigs, performers, concerts, albums (ouch, I'm dating myself)....whatever we want to!

If you found this site, then we already have one thing in common. And I can't think of a better way to get acquainted than to post a short blob on the Welcome section of the forum. So go on over to that page and say "hello!". After you've finished your intro, come back and finish reading this page.

Okay, so you've made your mark on the forum and possibly looked around. If you have (or if you haven't) don't worry. There's not a lot here just yet. I will be adding new content, probably completely new sections, in a feverish pace. Why? Because I want to!

Maybe we should take this one step at a time. Since all you know me by, right now, is some guy that put up a web site (okay, you know more than that, its "some Drummer guy that put up a web site"), but that's not all I'm about. It is a large portion, but I'll get to that on the "Me" page. And since I'm a product of the 80's, that title fits perfectly!

So, here's the tentative itenerary:

Is that enough? If not, don't worry, there's gonna be more...real soon!

If it's too loud...you're too old

Have an awesome time at the Drummers Outpost
